Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 October 2026

1. Who we are

AUREL (the “App”) is developed and offered by Milen Cholakov, ul. Todor Kableshkov 2, 8400 Karnobat, Bulgaria, e-mail mcholakov88@abv.bg (“we”, “us”). Full details are on the Contact & Imprint page.

2. Purchase through Lemon Squeezy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it sells the subscription to you, processes the payment, charges and remits applicable VAT/sales tax, and issues the receipt. Lemon Squeezy's own buyer terms also apply to the purchase. For questions about the App, cancellation or withdrawal, you can contact us directly.

3. The subscription

4. Cancellation and right of withdrawal

See the Cancellation & Withdrawal page. There are no refunds for partial subscription periods. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

5. Requirements and what the App does

6. License

While your subscription is active we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the App on up to 2 devices. You may not decompile, modify or redistribute the App except where the law expressly allows it.

7. Updates and conformity

We provide the updates needed to keep the App working as described during your subscription. Your statutory rights regarding conformity of digital content (including under Directive (EU) 2019/770 as implemented in national law) remain unaffected.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes affecting an existing subscription will be announced by e-mail at least 30 days in advance.

10. Law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Contact us first at mcholakov88@abv.bg – we will try to resolve any issue. Consumers in Bulgaria may also contact the Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg).
