Cancellation & Withdrawal
Last updated: 9 October 2026
Cancel any time
You can cancel your AUREL subscription at any time via the link in your receipt e-mail or on your Lemon Squeezy “My Orders” page. No further payments are taken after cancellation, and AUREL keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments for the current or past periods are not refunded pro rata (no refunds for partial months), except where the law requires a refund as described below.
Statutory right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU/EEA)
As a consumer you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of the day the contract is concluded, without giving any reason.
Digital content – when the right of withdrawal is lost. AUREL is digital content not supplied on a physical medium. Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (as transposed in Bulgaria by the Consumer Protection Act), the right of withdrawal does not apply once supply of the digital content has begun, if you gave your express prior consent to supply starting during the withdrawal period, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and received confirmation of this.
At checkout, before you pay, you are asked to agree to the terms of our reseller Lemon Squeezy, which include your consent to immediate supply of the digital content and your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal once supply has begun. Supply begins when the license key and download link are delivered to you. Your receipt e-mail confirms the purchase.
If this consent and acknowledgement were not validly given, or supply has not yet begun, your 14-day right of withdrawal applies in full and we refund all payments received from you under the contract, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method (via Lemon Squeezy). The license key is then deactivated.
How to withdraw
Where the right of withdrawal applies, inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by e-mail to mcholakov88@abv.bg or by letter to Milen Cholakov, ul. Todor Kableshkov 2, 8400 Karnobat, Bulgaria. It is enough to send it before the 14-day period has expired. We will confirm receipt by e-mail. You may use this model withdrawal form, but you do not have to:

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following digital content: AUREL subscription.
Ordered on: [date]
Name of consumer: [name]
Address of consumer: [address]
E-mail used for the order / order number: [e-mail / number]
Date: [date]
Faulty or non-conforming app
Separately from the right of withdrawal, your legal rights for digital content under Directive (EU) 2019/770 (as transposed in Bulgarian law) always apply: if AUREL is not supplied or does not work as described, you can ask us to bring it into conformity, and where that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a proportionate price reduction or to terminate the contract and get a refund. Please contact us so we can help.
Nothing on this page limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
