1. The App

To activate and check your subscription, the App sends to Lemon Squeezy's license API:

• your license key, and
• a device name (the phone model) used as the name of the activation, plus the activation ID Lemon Squeezy returns.

As with any internet request, Lemon Squeezy's servers also receive your IP address. This is needed to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The App stores your settings, profiles and license status only locally on your phone; uninstalling the App deletes them.

The App asks for notification permission only for system-wide mode, to show the required notification while it processes audio. When you load an audio file in Player mode, the file is read on the device only.

2. Purchases

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, e-mail, billing address and payment details and processes them under its own privacy policy. We receive from Lemon Squeezy the order details we need to provide the service and support (name, e-mail, country, order and subscription status, license key). We do not receive your full card details. Lemon Squeezy may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards described in its policy.

3. E-mail

If you write to us, we use your e-mail and message only to answer you. We keep correspondence and order records as long as needed for support and as required by tax and accounting law.

4. This website

The website is a static site hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). It sets no cookies and has no analytics. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object, under the GDPR. Write to mcholakov88@abv.bg. You can also complain to a supervisory authority, in Bulgaria the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).

We will update this page if the way we handle data changes.
